This is an excellent book, and I HIGHLY recommend it to all parents! Not only are my children learning about verbal and non-verbal communication, but so am I. While I already know much of the information, there are some interesting pieces of information, which I really knew next to nothing about, such as the handshaking-conventions: when to do it and when not to do it. The chapters in the book are "Eye Contact," "Verbal Reinforcement," "Physical Reinforcement," "Meeting People," "Classroom Techniques," "Interviewing," "How Not To Be A Bore," "I Can Top That," "You Become What You Pretend To Be," "Understanding Other People's Points Of View," "How To Disagree," and "How To Reduce Aggression."
