Written especially for teens who are overwhelmed, frustrated, tired. A best-seller, it covers everything from being assertive to building relationships, taking risks, making decisions, staying healthy, dealing with fears, using positive self-talk, and growing a funny bone. This is a great book! I used this book with my child when she was 7 and stressed out in a regular public school. While the book is written for teenagers, many of the topics pertain to younger children, too.
